Day Visit in Amaya Saujana Condominium.

It was a typical Malaysia shiny day 11.00am-3.00pm, Viewing and walking around, fining that Amaya Saujana is like a resort, having all types of facilities like play  ground , Tennis Court, Swimming pool.

By looking how happy the children playing in the pool and running around, seems worth all the hard work for taking a condo with such environment. 

I can imagine when after meeting all sort of appointments, but without  balance exercise you may have a big belly in future; with a full facility gym room, this would able to keep a fit body till our old age.

Amaya Saujana Analysis

There are a total of 10 units for each floor, where all the units are either corner or intermediate-corner units. As one exits the condo lift, one would not see any condo units but only notice fire escape doors. In other words, one needs to go through the fire escape door in order to get to his unit.

Apart from that, at least two or three condo units would be sharing a common corridor as well as the fire escape door. This will positively strengthen the relationship between neighbors.

This luxury condo also has 4-tier security system, with the first one at the guard house at the main entrance. The second level security would be at the car park entry, the third at lift lobby and the last at unit level entry.
